Master Bedroom
Painted room; sanded orange trim around door, closet and window and painted them white;  sanded, stained, and varnished the orange cabinets under the window and added brushed nickel hardware; new carpet; added crown molding;  sanded, stained and varnished the orange door and the two closet doors to dark mahogany

Son's Bedroom
Painted room; sanded orange trim around door, closet and window and painted them white;  new carpet; added crown molding;  sanded, stained and varnished the orange door and the two closet doors to dark mahogany;  painted the back of his door to look like a Tardis.  There are glow in the dark dots on all the "windows" looking out into space.  When you turn out the lights at night, it looks like you're looking out into outer space.  I also painted all of the northern hemisphere's constellations upon his ceiling, so when he looks up, it's like looking at the night sky.  I bought the comforter from Land of Nod, but made his two matching pillows.  One has the sun and planets, like the comforter.  The other says, "I love you to the moon and back" and has an alien on it.

The Tardis, because everyone needs a Tardis.

Daughter's bedroom
Painted room; sanded orange trim around door, closet and window and painted them white;  new carpet; added crown molding;  sanded, stained and varnished the orange door and the two closet doors to dark mahogany.  I added decorative bookshelves on either side of her window and on either side of her closet, flipped them upside down, and mounted them to the wall to create 'brackets' for her café curtain awnings.  There is a similar curtain awning across her closet door.  I made her curtains, her quilt and all her pillows.
